Best eye doctor in mt holly! Everyone was so nice and i love my coach glasses!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Apparently I have reached the age where getting new glasses counts as a major life event. 😂 I desperately needed an updated prescription and finally decided the day before to make an appointment at MyEyeDr. in Mount Holly. I was able to schedule the appointment online, submit all of my insurance information and documentation, and answer all of the intake questions before I ever walked through the door. THAT is how you run an office. I walked in at 9:00am and walked back out at 10:30am after having a full eye exam, retinal photos, picking out frames, going over my insurance and lens options, and ordering my glasses. No spending half the morning filling out paperwork I could have done at home. No sitting around wondering if everyone had forgotten I existed. Everyone was genuinely kind, patient and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured while choosing frames, which is impressive considering I tried on enough pairs to qualify as an unpaid employee. Dr. Angela Fox-Putnam was wonderful. She explained what was going on with my vision in actual human language and showed me the pictures of the inside of my eyes, which was equal parts fascinating and mildly unsettling. 😂 I actually left understanding what was going on instead of just carrying out a prescription I couldn't decipher. Then we found THE glasses. Dark Nine West frames. Put them on and immediately knew. Yep. Those are mine. Were my fancy new progressive lenses cheap? Absolutely the hell not. Apparently my eyeballs have expensive taste. 😂 But everything was explained to me, including my insurance, my options and exactly what I was paying for. If you're around Mount Holly and you've been procrastinating on getting your eyes checked, go see them. Five stars for the office. Five stars for Dr. Fox-Putnam. Zero stars for turning 42 and discovering my eyeballs now require a financial planning meeting. 😂👓

The office visit is always a pleasure. I love being catered to and feeling like they really care about my vision. I wouldn’t go any where else for my vision health care. The office staff are wonderful!

Chelsea, Rebecca and Tonya are sooooo amazing. They are so nice and professional. I highly recommend them for all you eyes needs. Dr Fox was amazing as well.
