Extremely poor service. Three months to get my glasses, an incomplete prescription, and no professionalism or tact when explaining exam findings.I do not recommend this optometry office.

This is the worse place I have ever been to for eye care, they had me sitting in the office for 2hours just for nothing, I had my appointment feb 3rd and it’s not March 18th they said in one month I will receive the glasses, they are big fat lairs, I called immediately called my insurance to see why it’s taking so long they informed me that they never processed my glasses but I have been calling every week after a month and they kept telling me it’s not ready, well how can it be ready if it was never filed, I would not recommend this place to a blind person NEVER AGAIN BAD FOR BUSINESS And CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE
The optometrist is very kind… That is the only positive about this place. Had an appointment, facility was dead and empty, but still waited over 3 hours to even begin the appointment. Spent a total of 5 hours there, then had a selection of 25 frames to choose from for kids. My son still managed to find a pair he liked- it then took two months to get them. Stood in waiting room at the window for over an hour waiting for assistance. Watched the receptionist ignore dozens of phone calls while playing on her cell phone (I could physically see that she was playing Candy Crush or something similar)… ended up going to the window to the other practice that shares the waiting room to get some help. Do NOT recommend.
My mother went to this place Dec 3/23 she ordered some prescription glasses through her insurance company which it was Simply health at that time and sent 65.00 dollars through Zelle the money was requested by the doctors assistant today 3/26/24 we called several times to get out money back no response so we decided to call simply it appears that her prescription glasses were never ordered .So my advice to you please don’t go to this place they steal peoples money my mother is 74 years old and she really believed them
Awful service!!!! I'm still waiting for my glasses! More than 3 months! OMG! Non of them answer the phone calls. At the office, no matter if you have an appointment, you will wait more than 1 hour and a half to see the doctor (even if you're the first appointment) . the worst place to order glasses!
