I had a great experience! She was really patient for me to resolve my insurance issues. Was even so kind do give me eye contact samples for me to use while waiting and a quick check up! I am really grateful for not walking out empty handed even with my insurance issues. All staff in there are very kind hearted as well and answered questions that my mom had patiently and gave her contact samples for her to get used to! The staff also went out of their way to call our insurance company to help get answers for us.

Wonderful experience and very friendly staff! I came in to see if they could repair my mom’s eyeglasses in a pinch and they were nice enough to fix them on the spot for me. I was a walk-in and Yajaira was very kind and very helpful. Also have an extensive and cool selection of eyeglasses (I checked them out while I waited). Great experience!

This was my first eye check-up, and the entire experience was 10/10. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible service. The doctor was awful with my 8 year old. Stay away from this place. They have a terrible attitude. The icing on the cake was when they refused to let my 8 year old use the bathroom. Complete failure!

Rosemary saved the day and fixed my little girl's glasses -- within 15 minutes! The office was incredibly kind to us. We'll be back.
