I am very happy that I found this office! I am having some eye issues that have been very unnerving for me. Dr. LeJeune has been kind, compassionate, and understanding. He has taken the time to explain things thoroughly and made me feel a little more at ease. Would highly recommend!

I would 100% recommend this center to anyone. I was immediately attended to from start to finish. All the technicians and doctor were kind and thorough. A special shout out to Nicole as she went above and beyond to see that I was totally satisfied. Thank you!
Do not expect prompt courteous service when checking in for your eye exam. I literally stood at the counter for 15 minutes before a young lady finally acknowledged my presence and asked if she could help me. Beware that this practice also charges an additional co-pay for a retinal exam of $35.00 and does not explain that charge or ask if you want to proceed with the exam or go somewhere else for your exam. The staff person later explained that the additional charge is mandatory by the doctor. I called back to inquire about the charge later in the day and the staff person seemingly could have cared less about my concern and then asked if I needed anything else. On a more positive note, if you do choose to go to this Lens Crafters for new glasses, be sure to ask for Nicole for help with choosing your eyeglasses. She loves her job and was a big help! She takes her job seriously and seems to love helping her customers. She will be an invaluable asset and employee and I will make my recommendations to my friends accordingly. Thank you.
Not friendly or welcoming, located inside LensCrafters, the provider is a Humana option for Medicare/Medicaid plan. I scheduled and received a routine optical exam on Sept. 8, 2025, which I expected no cost-sharing. At the appointment, I was charged a $35 “copay” and no receipt given. Humana Member Services contacted the provider later that day and got the same woman, who was not courteous or respectful. After a struggle, it was clarified that the charge was not a copay for the exam, but for an elective retinal scan. I was never informed the service was optional, nor was I given the opportunity to decline. The provider represented the charge as a required copay, which I believe constitutes deceptive and predatory billing practices, especially harmful to Medicare/Medicaid members who rely on accurate information to avoid unexpected charges. Update: On October 7, I finally received a refund after two attempts in a month. If you go to this business, expect no disclosure for tests that are not covered by your insurance, not verbally or in writing. I do not recommend any business that takes advantage of clients. The high cost of this business’s equipment choice (“to offer the best”) does not off-set its lack of disclosure regardless what it says about their “script” being forthright. Mine is not the only review mentioning this behavior. It’s just the only one that gave 1 star.
Dr. Groff, Scott, and the entire staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my experience. From the eye exam to picking contacts and frames, the process was smooth. Also- a very pretty store with tons of options for frames and an awesome spring sale going on!
