Love this location because it is much more convenient and it is much more efficient. The facility is also much newer and the personnel are very kind, friendly, and helpful!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MUSC Health East Cooper Medical Pavilion provides an outstanding healthcare experience from start to finish. The facility is modern, clean, and well organized, making appointments and visits as smooth and stress-free as possible. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to patient care. Everyone takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. The level of expertise and attention to detail is exactly what you would expect from a MUSC-affiliated facility. The pavilion is easy to access, offers ample parking, and provides a welcoming environment that helps put patients at ease. Whether visiting for routine care, specialty services, diagnostic testing, or follow-up appointments, the experience is consistently positive. A first-class medical facility that reflects the high standards of healthcare in the Charleston area. Highly recommended.

Today was my initial visit with Dr. Gina Perez and I opted for this location instead of the one in downtown Charleston. This campus is beautiful and the inside was very clean. EVERYONE was nice and helpful. The ladies in the lab are skilled and friendly-this is coming from someone who is usually a hard stick and often requires a butterfly needle-but not this time. One stick and done today! Dr. Perez was very thorough and patient. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She is new to MUSC and I am very confident that I am in great hands.

Used to run into Midtown to get labs drawn, out in 15 minutes. Have been 3 times for fasting labs, and after being told upfront that there will be at least a 45 minute wait, I gave up. Why not open another lab service in the new office building behind the shops at Oakland? Since it is impossible to make an appointment for labs, MUSC needs to be more respectful if its patients, and keep in mind crowded waiting areas support flu and Covid transmission potential.

My wife and I came here today to get our blood drawn for labs. You can't make an appointment. Got there right at 8am and look like 10 people ahead of us. The staff is friendly, but the wait is extremely long for a simple procedure. Finally at 9:33am, 1 hour and 33 minutes later they called us in. The procedure took less than 5 minutes, and we are out. There has got to be a more efficient way. Please respect our time. We have work and responsibilities to carry on. Just waited 1.5 hours for your lack of efficiency.
