I’ve been going to Dr. Potapova for years for eye exams and treatments, and the care is always excellent. She’s thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I recently had an eyelid lesion removed, and the procedure was quick, smooth, and painless. The staff is friendly, the office runs efficiently, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend.
Great doctor, great receptionist! I waited only for 5 min and was seen right away. The doctor did a thorough examination on my eyes, did not over prescribe anything, took time to answer all my questions. The receptionist also helped me with my insurance coverage information. Overall, great experience, kind, and honest service, so happy to find this doctor, will definitely go back.
Dr Potapova is great doctor and surgeon I'm from Brooklyn but I will travel to Manhattan for my eye check ups. Her office looks beautiful and super clean She is very caring and I know she does her best to always help me . Dr Potapova is definitely 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ if you want a great eye doctor make an appt and see for urself. She is accepting new patients . She is a incredible doctor and doesn't deserve to work in a zoo office in sightmd with wild animals. She has a beautiful office now its so nice . You won't be disappointed. I will continue to my check ups with Dr Potapova . When a great retina specialist recommends another caract specialist you know you got the best . Give her office a call and see for urself . Everything is true and honest . I wish her the very best and luck in her new office.
At your own risk: Dr Potapova received me for a 20 min consultation in December 2014 for a general eye exam. Instead, she charged me for an "high severity" eye exam - not requested - which resulted in a big copay. I would not recommend Dr Potapova services. Please, be aware that she is willing to sue her patients (venture at your own risk). I strongly recommend another trustworthy provider.
Dr. Potapova is one of the most ethical ophthalmologists i’ve met in the city and i’ve definitely have been through quite a few. She never recommends anything more than you need and always gives you a thorough explanation of her diagnosis. If i could give her 6 stars i totally would. Thank you for always keeping your integrity and high standards for your patients!
