My customer service was outstanding with Charlotte on Wednesday, February 11th. I needed new frames and she assisted with me getting the same exact ones I had before. She was very kind, professional and quite knowledgeable. Make sure you thank her for me for a great customer service experience!! Denis Mayer Retired, United States Air Force

Ken is a rockstar! I ordered 2 sets of glasses with the bogo deal they had going on and one lens on one of the glasses was warped. He had the lens sent to the base closest to me (I was TDY). Great communication the whole time with highly professional and friendly staff.
