Me and my daughter have been loyal customers here for about four years, but I had a disappointing experience about a month ago. The male receptionist who helped us was rude and unhelpful. I called about my daughter’s glasses and insurance, but he just said I had to pay out of pocket and told me it was Friday so he couldn’t do anything. He didn’t give me any options or explanations, and when I mentioned that I never got his voicemail, he was dismissive and made it sound like it was my fault. After years of being loyal customers, I was really disappointed with how we were treated.

After finding this Doctor through my insurance I made an appointment with them because they were open on Saturday’s, which works best with my availability. I confirmed while setting up the appointment over the phone that my insurance was indeed accepted. To my surprise at the conclusion of my appointment I was asked to pay out of pocket. I made it clear that I was using my insurance prior to the appointment so I was dumbfounded to being asked to pay out of pocket. The receptionist (PA?) explained to me that while my insurance is accepted, that I would have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed by my insurance. The process was said to take 2 weeks. I was not happy but succumbed to the pressure and paid the $200+ for the appointment. 3 weeks later I received my check from the insurance... for $40. Now I have to fight my insurance for the rest of my money as all I should have paid from the beginning was a $30 copay. To me this was certainly a classic bait and switch. Disgraceful lack of integrity.
Was able to get in in quickly for an appointment before I had a trip. Also had my contacts in stock. They accept Tricare and price match full year contact prices with online prices. Optometrist was very professional, swift, and was very knowledgeable.
Twice I've had small repairs.... One my lens popped out and the other I lost my nose piece. Twice they fixed it for FREE AND with a warm smile. Places like this are rare and I'm so appreciative!!! Thank you !
Quality of the lens is horrible... pay over five hundred for a pair of glasses you think you should be able to see through them longer then three months.... then review disappeared.... Save your money and go elsewhere...
