Was told I'd get my glasses in 2 to 3 weeks. It's been four. I called an was told thay hadn't received them yet! An thay never get them out in 3 weeks! I live 180 mile from there store. After being up set thay FOUND them! So now I've got to drive 180 miles or wait??? Agggh! Not Happy with this place!
Awesome Experience! The guys are super friendly funny and very helpful choosing the perfect pair of glasses. Super efficient! There always seems to be a certain level of stress with eye exams, but not with The Eye Guys! They are super easy to chat with, the exam was a breeze. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. See for yourself. You won’t regret your choice!

I told the front desk lady that my budget was $200, she confirmed multiple times over the phone that that will be the total. During the visit with the doctor, he asked if I’d like to try on a pair of contact lenses to see if they would fit good. Never, not even once told me that that will be an extra $100!!!!! ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS to try on a pair of contacts and then I was told to take them out!!!! I didn’t even get to keep them!!! That made my bill over the agreed $200. Extremely dissatisfied, got ripped off while being already very broke.
