I have been a patient of Dr. Mayberry for several years. She is great, patient and understanding and very professional as well as personable. The Eye Center has the most professional and courteous employees. They are courteous not only to the public but also to each other and I for one really appreciate it. More people need to be as courteous as Wolf Eye employees.

Thank you for one of the best experiences I've ever had with an eye clinic! From the doctor's visit, to the completion of my reading glasses prescription, everyone was so amazingly friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. A special thank you to Cat who is incredibly friendly, professional and informative. Thank you all again for a great experience! I will absolutely return for any of my future vision needs!
Severe billing negligence—sent to collections over their own error. Beware of thier billing department. They collected my copay and successfully received payment from my insurance, but voluntarily returned the money to chase a Workers' Comp claim. When Workers' Comp rejected it, the clinic missed the "timely filing" deadline to rebill my insurance. Instead of absorbing the cost of their own paperwork error, they demanded full out-of-pocket payment from me and sent the account to collections. Unaccountable and unprofessional.
Been twice before, appt was fine, insurance paid. Everything seemingly worked as it should. They took it upon themselves to call my insurance because it’s apparently out of network though it was covered and paid twice before with no issue and is suggested on my insurance website for eye exams. Insurance apparently made a mistake, took their payment back from my appt from OVER A YEAR AGO and now Ive been informed I owe something I thought was paid and covered 14 months ago. I’m told I’ll be sent a bill for something everyone else made a mistake on. So thanks for the lovely and unplanned for $300+ bill from OVER A YEAR AGO Wolf Eye Center.
The Techs along with the Dr are fantastic. Very friendly and informative. All of the glasses techs are also fantastic. They are all familiar with how to fit glasses correctly and help with choosing what looks good and what doesn't.
