Dr. Balacich is truly an amazing doctor, she made me feel very comfortable during my visit and that isn’t always common in my experience. She helped me so much in just 1 visit and made sure I was 100% ok before I left her office. I would genuinely recommend her and I trust her judgement completely. I really appreciate everything she did and continues to do.
The team at Navesink Eye is wonderful. I just had my second annual eye exam with them and was in and out while fully feeling taken care of. It helps that I don’t wear glasses yet, but when I do I know I’ll be in great, caring hands with Dr. Balacich!
Dr. Gail (wife of) For many years I have struggled with severe dry eyes following two blepharoptosis surgeries. Despite diligent treatment with prescription medications,including Xiidra,, my eyes continued to burn throughout the day. I frequently awakened with painful, gritty eyes, and the photophobia was often so severe that even ordinary light became difficult to tolerate. Dr. Denise Balacich,my Optometrist, suggested that we try Cryopreserved Amniotic Membrane treatment. I admit I was hopeful but I never imagined the remarkable transformation that would follow.The improvement h as been nothing short of extraordinary. Before the treatment my eyelids were swollen and very tender as well. No more. The relentless burning has virtually disappeared, my eyes are dramatically more comfortable, and I no longer awaken each morning with the same painful dryness that had become part of daily life. Dr. Balacich combines exceptional clinical expertise with compassion, careful listening and a commitment to finding the best possible solution for each patient. She Is meticulous and thoughtful and truly dedicated to her profession. As someone who has spent a lifetime in the academic world, I recognize excellence when I encounter it. Dr. Balacich exemplifies this excellence. She has my deepest gratitude and my highest recommendation. Dr. Balacich is very very thorough... the staff is helpful and kind... There glasses are beautiful, and I appreciated Dr. Balacich and her staff helping me pick out my NEW glasses... I'm ABSOLUTELY in Love with them... and of course Dr. Balacich made sure they were perfect for the fitting... she looks at Every Detail... Thank you Ladies... very Happy... 👍😊
Beyond amazing! So personable, and caring. The entire staff was the best of the best, I highly recommend. I know Dr B from when we were teenagers and she is truly genuine and one of a kind. Her and the entire staff were so accommodating to my children and made it a fun and safe place for us to have such an amazing experience to take care of their eye health.
