Dr. T and her staff were amazing to work with! I brought my son to see them on the recommendation from his primary care pediatrician and they were very kind and patient with my son and his needs and their prices are great too! We will be bringing him back and I plan on becoming a patient as well.
We had a great experience at this office for my 3-year-old. The staff was very welcoming, patient, and extremely kid friendly from the moment we walked in. The doctor made my child feel comfortable and explained everything in a calm and gentle way. The appointment went smoothly, and the office atmosphere was clean, organized, and family oriented. I really appreciated how caring and professional everyone was. I would definitely recommend this office to other parents looking for a positive experience for their little ones.
From the beginning to the end of my experience with Navigation, every individual my husband and I encountered was fantastic. We had a seriously awful first experience with a different doctor for pediatric eye care on a Monday. Tuesday I called Navigation and explained what happened and they got us in on that thursday. The girls I spoke with on the phone were so kind, understanding, and communicative; explaining every method they and doctor Teten uses to engage the kids so the experience isnt as scary. The staff was so so patient and sweet to our 14 mo and allowed her time to adjust or reset if she was worked up. Dr. Teten was also incredibly patient with us and broke down everything to us step for step as to what the condition was and how it worked, how best to safely approach helping her, and the ins and outs of what to do daily to help her improve. It was truly a saving grace we found this awesome staff and im so grateful we got a second opinion from them. BTW they have plenty of toys and shiny do-dads to engage the littles while they do their work. It's tough to do these exams on babies but these women handled our little with expert care and respect.
So great! Definitely recommend. I was really nervous to try a new eye doctor but I am so happy I took a chance on Dr. T and her team. They are so wonderful and make you feel so at home!
Everyone in this practice is nothing but exceptionally kind. This office is so kid friendly with a little coloring nook and apple juice boxes in the mini fridge. Came in handy keeping my youngest two occupied while their big sister had her eye exam. The technicians treated her with so much gentleness and kindness throughout her exam. They also have a remarkable selection of kids glasses. We were able to shop right away and find the perfect pair. Can not recommend this place enough!
