Great Bridge Eye Care

You just know you are going to have a good experience from the first phone call and boy was that an understatement. As a new mom you have to work with the precious time you have. I called and asked if they take walk ins ( they do not) HOWEVER rather than just telling me no and leaving me to carry on the conversation, they were quick to provide me with an alternative option. THANK YOU! There is nothing more frustrating than having to pull answers out from people. Brining my newborn I didn’t know how he would do or how people would react but they were more than welcoming and even had the door open as I was coming in and leaving too! The care and family oriented environment was such a breath of fresh air. Amazing team!

I just need to share my experience with Great Bridge eye care. The front staff is kind and makes it so easy to make appointments. The first of the year, I was having issues and they got me in promptly and helped me out so much. I love Dr. Chandler for helping me see every day. Phenomenal staff and excellent customer service from the front desk to the Dr’s. Thanks for all you do for me and my son.

Excellent care! They made me feel like family! Everything was explained as they went, with dilating the eyes, how long it would last, and how to reverse it. Tammy was wonderful in helping me decide on frames. Very warm and friendly, and treated me like she'd known me all my life. I just loved it here. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Renee and Dr. Vernillo were amazing and kind, explaining everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. My Optometrist retired and Great Bridge Eyecare was highly recommended. Bonus is they are super close to my home. Everyone in this office is nice. From reception to meeting my doctor, who was very personable, to the person who helped me choose frames SO NICE! I felt like I got a thorough exam with my results explained. New visits are always stressful and this was by far the one of the best experiences. I’m kinda sad they won’t see me again for a couple years. :)
