Griffey Eye Care & Laser Center

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Fox at Griffey Eye Care who came highly recommended by two friends, and I’m glad I made the switch. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The exam was thorough, and Dr. Fox took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how attentive and personable Dr. Fox was—it made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I feel confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this practice to others looking for a knowledgeable and patient-focused eye doctor.

Wait was way too long, then a rushed visit with doctor. Otherwise all the people are very friendly and nice, pleasant as usual. I think they just have too many patients and not enough resources to handle the volume. Management should be attentive to the flow of the patient experience.

I really like Griffey Eye Care. Gave 4 stars because I was apparently overlooked after I signed in and waited 30 minutes (not very crowded) to be seen. I had to go to desk to inquire about my wait. Great technician and love Dr. Fox.

II arrived promptly at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment, but unfortunately, it took a full 20 minutes for the clerk to assist me as she engaged in conversation with the person ahead of me. Approximately 15 minutes later, I was finally called to the back. While I understand the challenges of staffing, I must express my disappointment in the check in process My initial encounter was quite unsatisfactory, lacking warmth and friendliness. I have been a loyal patient of Griffey Eye for many years, even before the arrival of Dr. Fox. I never encountered any issues with the staff until this recent visit. Once in the back, everything was professionally handled and so was the check out process. Dr Fox is very knowledgeable and made sure to get me scheduled for a medical appointment with Dr Griffey.

My experience with Doctor Fox and his team was awesome. I loved their care and compassion ❤️ they were displaying towards me. I'm thankful for them. Team work makes the dream work 🙌
