I had such a pleasant experience at Couture Optical of Carroll Gardens, and a big part of that comes down to the people. Vlad, the optician takes the time to explain things in a way that feels both thorough and approachable. As well as the other staff Emily and Joanna bring such a warm, welcoming energy to the space. they have a great eye for helping you choose frames that actually suit your style and face shape. It feels more like getting advice from friends than being “sold” something. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this well looked after from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and a genuinely kind team.

The doctor's explanation of my vision issues and eye discomfort was thorough, and she recommended a few treatment options for me to choose from. Plus, they were able to repair the bent hinge of my existing frames in just a few minutes while I waited.

Great people here. I had broken my glasses and they were able to fix them quickly. Very good for me as I am leaving on the Queen Mary 2 in two hours! Highly recommended!

I could not have picked a better eye doctor for my mom. They are super friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and the wait time is quick. I absolutely love this place. All the 5 stars is 100% true.

My sunglasses lost a screw and the team fixed it on the spot. Good as new. And they came back nice and polished too!! 5 stars
