The most scam system i ever experienced. They schedule me for my first visit to be in a doctor office. After i cancelled all my plans to be there. I came on time. Then they told me its not in person visit its a remote visit a doctor will call me and i have to be in a private place. In mychart and the neighborheth they never mentioned a video call. This issue caused me to not attend this visit and reschedule to another week. Wasted my time and all my duties. Do not trust everything comes from there months.

Andrea Haffty at family medicine was the most unprofessional provider I have ever seen. She actually laughed at me when I told her my concerns, I was so appalled. She kept telling me “just lose weight” when I have recently lost 87 lbs and am feeling WORSE. I told her that was wrong for her to say and that I did not feel heard, she said “you could always go somewhere else if you don’t like it”. Absolutely the most disgusting service I have ever received ANYWHERE. I left family medicine and switched to adult medicine. If I have another bad experience will be leaving neighbor health for good.

The service at this community health center has gotten much worse. When I called to make an appointment, the automated system kept saying all operators were busy and told me to use MyChart. But on the app, the soonest appointment was two months away, and my daughter needed to be seen quickly. What's really frustrating is that before, you would at least wait on hold until someone answered the phone. Now, the system just hangs up on you without giving any other choices. This is a real decline in how they treat patients. It's very disappointing.

I came here for both my pregnancies and had great care in 2021 and in 2025. Everyone at the OB-GYN office is very kind and the nurse practitioners and certified nurse midwives who cared for me were kind, knowledgeable and professional. My one complaint is the parking lot is always full ;-)

I had my physical exam schedule for today. I arrived at 10:10 am and arrived at the wrong building so they called their office to let them know I was on my way. And when I get there they cancel my appointment with no remorse. These people do not care about your well being or your time. They quickly cancel your appointment without you even be late and without a notice. And the assistant was super rude and did not care.
