I am so disappointed at this place. I had such high hopes as I came here for dizziness and I still have it. They keep getting my prescription wrong and the glasses are so expensive! I got a second pair and I’m so regretting getting any glasses. My eyes do feel less fatigued but it’s frustrating having to take time off of work - unpaid because the prescription is wrong every time! Then I asked to have my second pair be somehow resized to fit my face which was initially told I could and then later get told they can’t do anything about it just fix the sides of the ears to fit. I’m so annoyed and honestly want to just return both of these expensive glasses. AND every appointment except for the glasses is charged crazy for them to just try to fix their mistake! I honestly just want all my money back. I will continue to try the glasses but the dizziness is still there. Which is the only reason I came here as I was assured they would help.

Honestly wanted to cry today. I first met the team last year post op to brain surgery eith unfortunate complications leaving me with 6th cranial palsy. Dr.M followed and took gr8 care of me to the point of going back to work. He made me (and husband) feel understood and comfortable, unlike many healthcare "professionals". I had a bit of a head flare up and double vision worsened I was scheduled asap with the help of gr8 front desk and Dr. M did it again, as soon as I walked out the door all of his work showed and feel so happy to start back again and even better. I am so thankful for their service to us.
If you have strabismus save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. Had a horrible experience with Dr. Nguyen. She made me feel stupid and said nothing could ever be done to help me. I left their office feeling so crushed. Currently seeing Dr. Conley with neuro eye team and he is amazing. I’ve made significant progress in my journey towards 3-D vision with his help.
Spent over $5000 here and after vision therapy I still had terrible proprioception, could not drive on the highway, could not look at a computer or read a book. I was told by the doctor I didn't need any more vision therapy and to buy dollar store readers with a guess as to the magnification.
Friendly staff and Doctors. Dr's took their time to explain tests, options and condition. So thankful for this office. Highly recommend
