This was my first visit at NECO for a routine eye exam and I such a great experience! I was about 15 min early to my appointment, and after checking in with the front desk I was seen right away. I think I waited a maximum of two minutes. What really stood out to me was how kind all of the staff are here - and I had the best experience with Dr. Dorling! She was very professional but also incredibly kind. I started feeling a bit faint during my appointment and she went above and beyond to help and make sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Even with that happening the appointment was super quick lol

It was an excellent experience. I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr Greene and Brianna. Both seemed to really love what they do. I think she will be able to help with the horrible symptoms Ive been stuck with for almost 2 years. Dr Greene seemed extremely knowledgeable about a variety of issues and I felt so much relief after our appointment. Most appointments feel like a waste of time these days. This one didnt! The wait time is pretty long to be seen here though. I think I waited about 9 months.

Taking one star off for the customer care portion of the clinic. Purely medically speaking, they provide good care, but dear god, navigating that labyrinth of a number while trying to set up an appointment or even to ask an eye care related question is basically an exasperating ordeal. PLEASE simplify your customer care process, people. And employ friendlier, less intimidating front staff.

First off, the room we went into was so dark and like a dingy cellar. The big eye chart they just move closer to you. There should be a well lit room with objects to see if you can see them and not just a chart with letters. And they actually need to listen to the patient better. Seems like they don’t hear you or don’t care. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Actually, I would tell them don’t even bother going. It’s not worth it. It was a terrible experience. At least mass eye and ear had well lit room and things to look at not just a chart in front of you. Side vision is all I have

All the optometrists are fabulous. They are caring they are knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful. The advice I have received from them has been invaluable and has improved my life dramatically.
