I had a great experience here. I was greeted promptly and professionally upon arrival. I did not wait long at all before I was taken in for my exam. Each person I encountered was amazing, informative and super helpful. They have a wonderful team here, they don’t pressure you at all. I really felt they had my best interest in mind. We even had some good laughs together!
I cannot more strongly recommend Eye Works. I had an urgent concern and was seen and taken seriously very quickly. Both of the Drs made me feel comfortable and heard. Our entire family will be going to Eye Works from now on.
EyeWorks customer service was great from beginning to end. I am so appreciative of the time and attention Dr. Rice gave, explaining what she was looking for and why. She is passionate about her field and eager to give excellent care. The staff was kind and courteous, and I did not feel like I was pushed to buy anything I didn’t need.
I only had a wait a week for an appointment as new patient. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Rice is knowledgeable with great personality. I would definitely recommend this place!
Very happy with my eye exam. Dr. Rice was amazing and explained her findings clearly with me. I should be thanking my old optometrist for telling me that I should find another doctor because they couldn’t get me an appt . So I did find another dr. and it was one of the best exams I have had in years.
