Awesome experience! I recently switched to Jaffrey Eye Care for what I initially thought was going to be a one-time visit since my regular eye doctor was booked until December. I am so excited to report that I will absolutely be switching over permanently! Super thorough exam! No rushing, no waiting. Extra time spent offering a thorough explanation of each test and every result. Professional, extremely friendly, down-to-earth, personable staff. Beautiful, clean, well laid out facility. Plenty of easy parking. Easy to find location. I felt so welcome as they went out of their way to explain the entire process. I felt informed and valued from the point of making the appointment to the moment they held the door for me as I departed. For my type A personality, this level of communication and service is not as common as I wish. From now on, I will make the trip from Keene, without hesitation and actually look forward to my next visit. Class act from start to finish!
