South Gardner Community Health Center And Urgent C

I had been having ongoing adnomal pain issues since January. I was not able to get an appointment with my PCP Dr. DUDA for a month. I called back was seen earlier in the LeomInster location. I got an ultrasound scheduled in March for ongoing pain. I ended up in extreme pain again went to ER 2/21.I received emergency surgery 2/22 straight from the ER. I then had to go back to the ER after surgery and was released from hospital on 2/23. No contact with PCP. I then received a refferal for general surgery a day after I was discharged from hospital on 2/24 from my PCP with a different surgeon. I already completed surgery on 2/22. I had ongoing pain, ER visit resulting in emergency surgery, ER visit after surgery, discharged from hospital and my PCP follows up by sending a refferal for surgery a day AFTER I had surgery with a different surgeon? I can not speak on other aspects of this office but my PCP has provided me terrible care.

I haven’t seen a dentist in over a year. I have a huge fear of going and haven’t had good experiences at other dentists but I went yesterday to get fillings done and Dr Taha did amazing! I am so happy with the results. The other gentleman in there helping was also amazing and so kind they both made me feel more comfortable and less anxious. I never leave reviews but they deserve it!

I have never used an urgent care facility until today. I was hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I needed help and my experience from the time I entered to the time I left was EXCEPTIONAL! Maybe I just got lucky with the wait time because it wasn’t even 10 minutes! I would highly recommend people always find out for themselves vs put too much weight into a negative review. Thank you South Gardner urgent care on Timphany Blvd in Gardner, MA!

2nd time here, gave it another chance thinking different time and day, different staff, might be better, and instantly regretted it.. took my husband and toddler in to be seen.. Although Reception was very nice this time.. the nurse and doctor we saw made us uncomfortable, the Dr. was back and forth with recommendations on treatments and not straight-forward on diagnosing.. took my toddler to her primary the following day and her doctor was grateful we did not follow through with any of the recommendations or treatments from the Urgent Care, confirming it was unnecessary. I can officially say I will never be going here nor bringing my family here ever again and recommend going elsewhere to everyone else, especially for children.

Unfortunately, I had to be seen at an urgent care today. All I have to say is Wow. From the receptionist who greeted me and then to the clinicians that treated me polite, professional empathetic and efficient. And then the Facility, wicked clean. Thanks
