Dr Hernandez refused to fix my fillings in the top part of my mouth. She lied about sending in request to get my teeth fixed. She didn't write the referral to my insurance to have replacements. Also lied about implants I called my insurance nothing was covered. She would've ripped out my teeth and I would've had nothing. She went to being a caring dentist to someone that didn't care anymore
About a month ago!! Action CHC Water St Fitchburg Ma!! I have to give a 2 Stars!! because of the communication issue!!! Langue barrier or discrimination?? About blocked Ears, was a build up.. Because, of a Nurse..not communicating to me from the minute she entered the patient room.. never greeted me, rude, wow, I said hello, and never responded!!! She had her back to me the whole time setting up her stuff? I assumed.. Never had my ears flushed before!! So I proceeded to asked her if she could let me know what she would be doing to me?? No communication at all! Omg !! She had a language barrier problem I assumed!! from the beginning.. ? so she put a cup in my hand and directed to my shoulder and tilted my head,, and proceeded to pour water in my ears and in doing so, soaked me, unbelievably!! I guess I was so intimidated by this.. and shocked! Only a towel in front of me!! I couldn’t believe this was happening! And now , I was completely deaf, from water poured in my ears! And she changed my towel, at this point .. I was very upset. I couldn’t believe this was happening!!! So I told her to get out and send some one else in. She went out for one minute and wrote a note that this is a “long process!! “!She did not even communicate this at the beginning!! I give her a ZERO.. now I felt discriminated against!! now was completely deaf.. I walk out to the desk and a male nurse had to write a note to me ..because of my ears blocked from her inexperience in procedure and English.. they sent me to Leominster CHC, and at least,, after waiting for a hour, and finally, I went to desk and said I have been waiting for an hour.. And so I was taken into to see a nice nurse! She at least tried to communicate, and write a note that this procedure can take a few hours.. already between 2 Offices 3 hours.. so I decided to go to Clinton Umass Emergency room and was taken immediately , and removed impacted wax buildup, and also referred to a ear Specialist,, and lucky, I was able to get an appointment in the next day!!So this Nurse at Fitchburg CHC Water St , should be FIRED!! I did contact a lawyer..you know who you are.. !! unbelievable!! Never said hello, or answered my questions!! No other problems with other PA’s or Nurses..There, and office help are very pleasant and helpful.. OMG 😳 PS I do recommend the other CHC Water St. And the Med Staff that I have seen since ..5 Stars!!
