I have been going to the Walmart Vision Center in Lunenburg Ma . For many years for my eye exams and glasses, unfortunately Dr. Hagerman left. So I went to D’Ambrosio in Lancaster Ma for my new eye exam, Walmart installed my lenses according to their Dr. Prescription. Ager a short time I realized my right eye was having distance problems. I went back to D’Ambrosio for a Dr. Recheck and they determined their prescription was incorrect. I went back to Walmart and they said, “ No problem “ they had the lens made over with my new prescription. I had my new glasses in less than a week. Walmart should be proud of the quality of work that Judy and Jackie do!! My only regret is Dr. Hageman left and they don't have an Optomitrist there. I highly recommend Wamart Vision, as we all know how important our eyes are! Thank you Steve C. Shirley Ma

I was cleaning my lenses with the special cloth and the frame broke in two at the bridge. I bought them March 19, 2021 at the Lunenburg Walmart Optical. I brought them back to the store and was told the warranty expired one month ago. I can’t go without my glasses so I had to pay for another pair of frames that fit my lenses. I asked to speak to the manager, she wasn’t in. I was told to try calling her around 5:30 pm. I called and the phone rang and rang, no one ever picked up. I called again today, was told manager wasn’t in. I left my name and number asking that she call me back. I never got a call so I called back, and was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever got on the line. This is a horrible way to do business. Guess it is time to shop for glasses somewhere else.

Shout out to Laura at the Lunenburg Walmart Vision Center location. Super friendly, knowledgeable and provided a no pressure experience. Was able to help me pick out new frames during the busy end of year season. Appreciate you!

I had my eyes tested here for $90 because my insurance doesn't cover it. At the end of the exam, the doctor told me 2.0 readers were the equivalent to my RX. Okay. Still, I figured if I had an RX, I should use it. The glasses at Walmart were way overpriced so I ordered some online, from 2 different sites. When they came they were WAY OFF. I couldn't see a thing, completely blurry. So, I went back to Walmart and told them the RX was wrong. They looked at the glasses I had ordered and said it was not the RX, it was glasses, BECAUSE they don't give you one of the numbers you need to order glasses: Pupil Distance. The woman said they are not supposed to give it to people but she gave my mine on that second visit. (They obviously don't give it to you have to buy glasses at Walmart EVEN though the doctor claimed not to be "affiliated" with Walmart.) SO, armed with this new information, I ordered 2 more pairs of glasses on-line. They back WRONG AGAIN! They are like glass, no difference with or without. I will now have to go back to Walmart for a THIRD time and see what the excuse is this time. DON'T BOTHER GETTING YOUR EYES TESTING HERE. IT IS JUST A SCAM TO GET YOU TO BUY THEIR OVERPRICED GLASSES. If they don't give me the correct RX on the third trip, I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office. Writing a script so it can only be filled by an affiliate is an unfair business practice.
