Caution, beware!!! If you are reading these reviews because you’re considering getting your medical assistance from this place I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I have had so many issues in the past year with this facility I wouldn’t even know where to start. To be honest, I don’t even know how this place is still running because of how terrific the place is being managed. When you go to your doctor to try and get your Heath top notch, you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get the care you went there for. I have drove there ( over 1 hr drive) after leaving work early to pull up and get a phone call 10 min before my scheduled appointment with them telling me my appointment was canceled because my NP wasn’t in the office and if I really needed to be seen my only option was urgent carecare, tried that to get told they were limited to what kind of care they can even provide. Waste of time, money from paying for a visit that ended up doing absolutely nothing that I needed and having to take time off of work . Very frustrating, The only good thing from this place is my doctor who does take the time to listen to me and definitely seems to care about my heath needs, her Name is Kelly, unfortunately she was out for a good period due to being out for paternity leave and the other np who filled in for her was terrible. Had a tele health appointment with her and got off the phone thinking everything was all set to not getting two meds sent over to my pharmacy that she told me she was going to send over. Trying to call them back to get this issue resolved was a nightmare, one time was on hold for over a hr just to get sent to voicemail , when I did finally get ahold of them the next day and left a message for her and still Nothing. Ended up paying to go to er just to get the meds and ultrasound that was supposed to be done from my initial visit. Now I’m having issues getting a referral for sleep apnea test, it’s been over two months, 3 phone calls in between trying to get them to do what they said they were going to do and my insurance company is telling me they still have yet to receive any referrals from them. This place is in need of new management because somewhere along the line somebody’s not doing their job. They take your money and make you work overtime just to get what was supposed to be handled after your until initial appointment. I’m definitely going to look for a new doctors office because this place is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. I can’t even believe how many issues I have run into with them and how little they seem to care or even fake as if they do care. Kelly is a amazing doctor so it’s unfortunate she works for this place because I would love to keep her as my pc physician but that’s not possible when every other person who works there doesn’t know how or doesn’t care about others medical needs. After reading the reviews, it’s pretty clear this has been going on for years and its pretty clear nobody really cares about fixing the problem, they just send you since message acting like they care about your needs and for you to reach out to them lol… for what? The same old same old. My advice, doing waste your time or money… you won’t get your heath needs taking care of when heaths the most important thing you got.

My physician is amazing. However, whoever handles scheduling, contact with insurance, etc, is entirely incompetent. Twice now I’ve tried scheduling an annual physical only for it to be replaced by a brief, 15 minute “follow up” appointment. I showed up anticipating a physical, but then am told that wont happen because there’s not enough time. When i point out i initially scheduled for a physical, they say that I did not request that. I know that I did. I’ve also been getting the run around with them trying to use an insurance I’ve removed from MyChart, calling CVS Pharmacy instead of CVS Caremark DESPITE my persistent clarification of the difference, and telling me that my insurance is telling them things that just are not true because I would call my insurance earlier for clarification on a specific medication.
Amazing customer service. My insurance company was fighting with me about seeing my PCP who I've been seeing for two years and continuing medication that I am currently stable on and have been on for two years. The company (CHC) does take my insurance and I was unsure why they would not allow me to see a specific dr in the same clinic but allowed other ones. Doug the call reprisentative, agreed and confirmed the company does take that insurance he took it to the manager of community health connections and got things handled for me, CHC delt with the insurance company directly. And I have the most amazing provider there, she fought for me to be covered on the medication that I am currently on and it is working amazingly. Shout out to Krystina Bonilla.
the dentists and hygienist are amazing. my husband needed a tooth extracted for 2 years and was finally able to walk in, fill out the paperwork, wait a few hours and they insisted on squeezing him, which was a life saver. I was personally able to get a full dental work up and cleaning. as someone who is petrified of dentists and have had bad experiences in the past. I can definitely say this place was phenomenal. they were very patient, kind, informative, communicative and caring
I’ve been coming to this hospital for about a year now, and I’ve noticed that at times, some employees on the phone can come across as impatient or a bit rude. Recently, I was having complications trying to schedule an appointment and received a call back from an employee named Margaret S. She clearly explained why there were issues and was able to help me reschedule, which I do appreciate. However, the tone of the conversation at times felt impatient and made me feel as though I was being difficult for something that was outside of my control. For example, comments like, “Oh, okay, so this is going to be harder to do… we need to start all over again,” came across in a way that felt discouraging. I do appreciate the assistance I received, and I understand that these situations can be frustrating on both sides. I just want to share that it’s never my intention to make things more difficult, and I believe there’s always a way to communicate challenges while still maintaining a respectful and understanding tone.
