What a great experience at this dentist office! The whole staff is kind and friendly. My hygienist Stephanie is so gentle and caring. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you are as comfortable as possible! Definitely recommend this location to people like me that have dental anxiety!
I am very dissapointed with this place my sister has a heart attack back in August then in January she had fluid around the heart. Was treated at UMass and when she went for a follow up she had blood work done and was told that Katherine Englund would call her on Monday 2/9/26!! Never received a call from her! My sister became very ill vomitting and not able to eat! Call the answering service on Saturday 2/21/26 told to take her to ER she looked at the labs from 2/6/26 and said it looked like she was dehydrated! Took her to Leominster ER and her kidneys function was out of whack and had been since her last doctors appointment and they were shocked she didn’t even know and also her potassium was very low!! Once again she is hospitalzed! These people need to get their shit together and start paying better attention to the patient! I see a big lawsuit coming!! She always looks like she is in a hurry to get out of the room!!
i was very happy at the end of my visit I am petrified of the dentist and he made me feel very comfortable absolutely one of the best dentist i’ve gone too 🙌
I used to be terrified of this place due to all of my many bad outcomes and experiences. But I will say that since I went back I only see Dr. Neveo, she is kind patient and understanding of my anxiety from my past experiences. Now I always get numbing gel before the needle, she explained every step as she goes along and when she uses tools she allows me to use my phone and headphones to play music. It's quite calming. The only downside is I don't always get prescription sent to my pharmacy when she says I need to be on it. She's usually the only one working though and is probably very busy with her full schedule plus emergency walk-ins. I'd forget too. I also highly recommend Dr. Carmana if you need a root canal. He is very kind and accommodating.
