Dr. Brian O'Donnell is not only the best eye doctor I've had- but one of the best doctors I've seen in general. He truly takes the time to get to know me and my family. Every visit feels personal, and his recommendations are always thoughtful, specific, and tailored to my individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. There aren't many doctors like him anymore. He genuinely cares, listens, and never rushes through appointments. The entire staff deserves recognition too. They are professional, kind, welcoming, and make every visit enjoyable. They even send hand signed birthday cards!!! I've had to come in for a few eye emergencies, and they have been wonderful every single time with getting me in quickly, treating me with compassion, and providing exceptional care. Whenever I call they are always so nice on the phone. The practice is beautifully up to date, and has incredibly cool technology. I can't recommend Dr. O'Donnell and his team highly enough. I truly won't go anywhere else!
