Very quick and friendly. They saw me on time and I was able to order glasses at no cost through my insurance. I brought along my newborn and they were accommodating and understanding. Still waiting on glasses but I can follow up once they are in!

I am writing to share feedback regarding my experience at this office on 2/5/26. My daughter had a scheduled appointment for 4:30 PM and we arrived early at 4:15PM. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I inquired at 5:00 PM whether the doctor was running behind. While the optician acknowledged that such a long delay was unusual, no clear update or revised timeline was provided. By 5:10 PM, having waited 40–55 minutes past my scheduled time without being seen, I made the decision to leave and cancel my daughter’s appointment. I value professional and timely care, and unfortunately, the lack of communication regarding the delay and the overall atmosphere of the office did not meet those standards. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving your office's scheduling and patient communication protocols.
I was going to scheduled an appointment with them. But after reading their responses to reviews in which they include private personal patient information, a HIPAA violation, I think I'll pass.
Absolutely avoid this place . Had a vision exam . They told me they were going to order me trial lenses . Never heard from them . Eventually I called back and I was told several times they would look into it . Never heard back . Finally I got someone who said that I would need to come in to have the doctor decide what trials to give me . I was told they were ordering me samples to try ! Now I’m going to have to go elsewhere and pay for another exam because I’m out of contacts and tired of dealing with them . Absolutely avoid ! Completely disorganized mess at this place . *** edit to add . I will admit I did not call the office and hound them for my samples since I still had contacts available to use at home . However once I started to run out I did start hounding . They keep telling me I have to come back in for a contact lens fitting but what they aren’t understanding is there’s nothing to fit . I paid for a contact lens exam, I told them I wanted to try a new brand that I wasn’t happy with the brand I was using . They never gave me anything new to try . I went there to get my prescription and the doctor was standing right there . If they needed advice from the doctor on what brands would be good to try they could have asked him . Instead they told me I needed to come in for another appointment which I had already done . Bottom line , they didn’t do what they said they were going to do and simply want to put the blame on me because I didn’t call them and keep reminding them to order me trials . Shouldn’t be my job! Get some organization and don’t blame the patients when you drop the ball .
Took my elderly father to the Dallas Pa. Office this morning. Was told the doctor would be in at 10:30.( He has something in his eye) sat there for about 15 minutes. Was told they checked the schedule and they were booked. I said we will wait until they had a minute for the doctor could check it quick when she arrived. Waited another 20 minutes and same man came over and told us that the manager said they won't see him. (He is a patient of theirs) he continues to tell me to go across the street to the eye specialists to have them check him. We did just that. They are over booked and he is not a patient but they told us they will definitely find time to see him. Kudos to them caring about a man they never seen before. Our family has been going to crystal vision for over 20 years. And we lost all respect for them. So BEWARE OF CRYSTAL VISION IN DALLAS PA!!!!!!!!!
