From the start 110% welcoming and professional environment. The whole team was fully knowledgeable of their roles. The eye doctor and lens crafter took time to explain my vision issues and how and what lens will work best. Worth skipping the discount providers to receive such excellent service.
Dr. Hughes is top notch! He took the time to go over all the results from eye images, etc that the eye tech had taken at the start of my visit. I was also very impressed with the eye tech and other staff members I dealt with. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. It is a modern high tech facility. I have definitely found my new eye dr.
I have been taking my mother to New Garden Eye Care for the past couple years. I have been impressed with the staff and with Dr. Charlotte Ablott. Dr Ablott is easily approachable and knows how to communicate without sounding technical. My mother ended up having cataract surgery in both eyes and the transition from Dr. Ablott’s office to the surgery center couldn’t have gone any smoother. Seeing how well they treated my mother had me deciding to become a patient, myself.
Love this place. Clean, efficient and friendly staff. State of the art technology. Thorough and detailed explanation of procedures/results. Charlotte is wonderful. I was in and out in 25 minutes yet felt very well cared for.
