New View Eye Care

I had an appointment today to get a comprehensive eye exam and get new glasses, and the experience was top notch! Dr. Alperin and her team were friendly, professional, and helpful. The exam rooms and equipment were clean. I also appreciated being able go over the images of my retinas with Dr. Alperin, that was something I haven’t seen before! Lastly, they had a great selection of frame designs, and Katie helped me pick out the perfect pair for me. She was patient and insightful. Definitely the best optometry experience I have ever had! You should come here if you need glasses!

Dr. Alperin is fantastic. I've been seeing her for 4 years now, and this is actually the third office where I've followed her because I trust her that much with my eye care. I first became her patient after a bad corneal scratch, and she took excellent care of me during that experience. Since then, I've continued to see her and have never had a single issue. The new office is beautiful, modern, and the staff is welcoming. Dr. Alperin is always professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but what I appreciate most is how she genuinely cares about her patients. She even consistently pronounces my name correctly (something that may seem small, but those little details go a long way and make patients feel valued!) I will absolutely continue to be a patient and highly recommend Dr. Alperin to anyone looking for an optometrist they can trust.

Dr. Alperin is amazing! I've worn contacts for more than 20 years and I've never had an eye doctor spend so much time discussing options with me, providing different contact lens samples, and helping me try to figure out the best and most comfortable fit for my eyes. New View Eye Care is a top-notch facility with a friendly and dedicated team of professionals. Highly recommend. I've found my new eye doctor! :)

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The office is brand new, modern, beautiful and clean! I had such a great experience with Dr. Alperin, Katie and Katie. Dr. Alperin was thorough, a great communicator and was able to answer all my questions well and has great attention to detail. It seems she has a lot of state of the art equipment as well. Katie did such a great job helping me choose new glasses. I'm very indecisive and she offered great suggestions to help me narrow down to an awesome new set of frames. The office had a coffee bar that impressed my coffee snob husband and they had amazing, friendly customer service. They accepted my insurance and were able to walk me through my insurance coverage clearly. Don't put off your next eye exam - schedule at New View now!

Dr Alperin is outstanding! Very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and a great listener. I have a very complicated eye condition and, unlike some doctors who would shirk away from that, she took a holistic look at my situation and provided numerous possible remedies. She also didn’t rush to put me in new glasses, waiting until some of the treatment she suggested would have the time to help. I highly recommended her!!
