Staff is rude and they hanged up on me because I didn't want to pay $25 dollars extra apart from my insurance if my child wouldn't " cooperate " with the doctor, meaning if they can't say the letters back.Never have I heard of this and I have taken my kids to other exams since they been young and never has a clinic said this. Just because they are nonverbal, so sad for them to take advantage of that and parents like us.
