New Vision Lens Lab

My lenses popped out of 2 pairs of glasses. I have a spare. New Vision Lens Lab was the only local eye place that is open on a Saturday. My husband took my glasses, and the owner Manny was able to replace the screws in both pairs of glasses for an affordable price. When I got my glasses back I was so surprised because not only did he fix them, he cleaned them and tightened them too. If I need to get glasses or get them repaired again, I will go again. I recommend New Vision Lens Lab for your eyeware needs very highly. They get 5 stars

I’m not even gonna lie… I walked in 15 minutes before closing like that guy 😭 You know the one. The “please don’t hate me but I’m desperate” customer. My daughter’s glasses were literally being held together by a piece of tape… not even good tape either, like “this won’t survive the night” type of situation. But instead of giving me the side eye or hitting me with the “we’re closing soon” energy… they treated me like I came in at 9AM with a full appointment. No attitude. No rushing. Just straight kindness and professionalism. They fixed her glasses like it was NOTHING. I’m talking quick, clean, and better than before. Honestly, that meant a lot to me because with my work schedule, that was my only window—and they didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. So yeah… if you ever need your glasses fixed and you’re out here fighting for your life with tape like I was… this is THE place. 10/10 service. 10/10 people. 10/10 saved my sanity (and my daughter’s vision 😂) Appreciate you guys for real 🙏

This store is unbelievable! Do not go anywhere else. The lab is in the store and the customer service cannot be beaten. You're in the very best of hands here. The prices are very reasonable and the service is same-day, sometimes a few minutes, or the next day. You will love your glasses if you go there 🤓!

Dr. was super helpful and resourceful. Also his staff was super amazing, insightful and respectful. Great ambience and they really make the place feel like a home. Had my frames replace in no time! Definitely coming back and ordering new glasses from then!

The biggest thanks and Shoutout to Yohan and this family store!! Coming from ATL, I had an emergency with one of my glasses frames and was able to come and have my glasses examined on the spot, even moments before closing on a weekend. I’m so much more comfortable now having been serviced with great customer care at a moderate price. THANK YOU!!!
