Dr. Christiana is rude, dismissive and condescending. It is very perplexing to me why people who dont have one ounce of empathy choose the healthcare industry. After she offered no actual assistance for the issue I came in for, I asked her name as I was leaving and she was hesitant to even give me her name, one giving me her first name. Why would I see a healthcare "professional " and not be provided with your name??? Also, I had an appointment and wasn't seen until over an hour after and there were no patients in front of me. Never again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at the 37 N day st, Orange NJ location. I had 3 of my kids appts here, 11:45 12:00 and one at 2:00. It is now 2:58pm and we have yet to see a doctor at all. My 4 year old is autistic and is having very bad reactions to staying here for 3 1/2 hours. Doctors don’t care at all and I will never be that desperate to take an appt at this location ever again. Seems like no staff in this building cares about wait time, almost feels like they want to drain the clock.
Excellent service rendered on my visit at 37 Day St Orange on 2/10/26.The staff members acted professionally. Many thanks to the Physician on duty Dr Christiana E.Great job 👍👍
I had a terrible experience at this place. My appointment was at 3 pm, but I had to wait until 3:48 pm before I was acknowledged. The receptionist was very rude to a patient because of their English proficiency. I was also told that I had to switch my primary care physician (PCP), which I didn't mind. However, when I inquired about the new PCP's National Provider Identifier (NPI), the receptionist, gave me a slip with incorrect information.the second time My insurance informed me that the new PCP was not accepting new patients. When I asked if there was anyone I could talk to about this issue, the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. Her attitude annoyed me so much that I left without seeing a doctor.
Today was another awesome experience for me at NCHS (Day St. Location) The staff is always cordial and professional. Ms. Yvonne is a pleasure ro speak with. She's patient and motherly. Ms. Beverly always cheers me up. She is very helpful. Dr. E deserves accolades. I have been a patient if hers for well over 6 years. She works hard. She takes time with me and is always forthcoming with answers to your questions. Always pleasant with a kind word. She needs to be honored with Doctor of the year award. Great staff and clean facility. Kudos.
