I was pleasantly surprised on the service and care I received. Being that this is a clinic, I thought the wait time would much longer than it was. I usually wait about an hour. Which I think is good for a clinic. More importantly, the level of care is excellant. Dr A. Andreescu is a wonderful doctor. She spends a lot of time with me answering any questions or concerns that I have. I definitely recommend this facility.

Other than the longer wait times, which are understandable, I have nothing negative to say. Each visit, I’ve been treated with respect and genuine kindness. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing excellent care.

This is the worst doctors office I ever been too. I literally stop coming and then came back because someone told me they were better with time. My first visit back it went great but that was like 2024 and then I met this doctor Nicole Reynoso-Vasquez, MD who’s been very helpful and has gotten me very far. She listened to my concerns and help me without throwing meds at the situation. So it’s safe to say they getting my service because she’s here. When she go I go. This place is extra hot they do not care for the patients…My appt 12:15 I got here 12:17 got seen for vital at 140-45 Now waiting to see the doctor less see the time. I’m an update.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time it’s necessary. I’m a new patient and knew I’d need to fill out paperwork, so I arrived early. I waited an hour and still haven't been seen. It was only after I considered canceling my appointment and taking my business elsewhere that I received any information about my wait time. The front desk staff initially said there were still two people ahead of me, then claimed they’d been calling me, and later said there was only one person ahead. By this point, I was frustrated with the disorganization and dishonesty. Then one M.A. worker, with a nasty attitude, told me I’d still need to wait another hour and a half before seeing the doctor. I ended up canceling my appointment. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Workers need training in hospitality, communication, and organizations. They all had attitudes and seemed uninterested.

This was a terrible experience for me. The only reason why I came here was to establish myself with a pcp. I had an appt at 9am and despite being early, I was the last person to be seen and as a new patient that was beyond backwards. A young man finally came to take my vitals and he did not look like he knew what he was doing. I waited even longer and when the doctor finally came in. She spoke barely over a whisper. I gave her a list of my medications and instead of asking me if I had any medical conditions, she asked me why I was taking certain medications with judgement or confusion. Then proceeded to suggest how I should be taking them despite me telling her what works best for me and what was approved by my previous doctor. She only listen to chest and that was it, I did not even get a full physical. I was not waiting to be discharged. I left and will never be coming back. I rather go to a hospital that has a machine behind them because these little community centers suck
