I like stopping here because it is so convenient to grab everything I need in just one trip. The aisles are wide and well-stocked, making it simple to find groceries and household items at a good price. It is not exactly the most exciting place to spend time, but for getting chores done efficiently, it really does the job well.

Waited in line to return something. Saw this lady and was thinking in my head “I hope I don’t get her” since I had a bad experience with her in the past. It’s my turn and of course it’s her. Her name was mary. She didn’t greet me, she didn’t hardly talk to me. The second I walked up I asked for my return to go onto a gift card as I had some shopping to do. She put it right on the card it was purchased. I asked if she could do a no receipt return to get a gift card and she didn’t she just put it right onto the card. I definitely think she needs some customer service training because I definitely do not want to be served by her.
Every time I figure out where my favorite products are they seem to remodel. Between that stockers and piles of merchandise waiting to be shelved and all the oversized carts personal shopping employees utilize blocking aisles its no longer a quick easy shopping experience. Its worse than holiday shopping congestion. Why don't they stock and fill those internet orders after hours when they don't tie up every aisle for those who come to shop?
I consider myself a patient person, but I’ve been waiting in the pick up area for 50 minutes for items I ordered.I know it’s a busy day but it says I’m checked in and that my items should be out shortly. In addition to this, nobody will answer the telephone when I try to call. 52nd Ave., Walmart in Fargo needs to do better than this. Addendum: 75 minutes later items brought to my vehicle with two items missing and one item leaking. Young man that delivered my items was very nice and apologetic, I told him it was not his fault but instead a very bad system -process issue.
She/he asked my husband for the receipt fine whatever he does show it the receipt then he puts the receipt back in our bags and we walk to Dunkin. The she/he then walks up to me asking for our receipt saying “mam he won’t show me your receipt” and I’m like he already did? Like maybe work a cash register if you wanted to make sure we scanned everything! I don’t understand the point in harassing us over a receipt
