Won't buy eyewear here again as the protective coating started coming off at less than a year from purchase. Was told that neither implied warranty or purchased one year warranty would cover the coating. Poor customer service from a multi-billion dollar retailer.
I got my glasses at this Walmart in Fargo North Dakota on 13th avenue a few years ago. The same people are working there. Which says a lot about the company. They were very helpful and helping me giving estimate to replace my lenses only. Specifically, Joanne. She's very funny and knows her business very well. I hope the company treats her well. She's a keeper.
About a year ago Brian helped me get my prescription contacts in an emergency. He even went out of his way to call other stores. He saved my literal life.
Great people to work with! Thank you all for helping me! I will definitely get my glasses here after my exam! Lori, John and Mark are very knowledgeable!! Thank you!!
Mark Crump was fabulous to work with. He went above and beyond to help us with glasses and contacts!
