I had the greatest experience at this eye clinic today. This is definitely the best one I have ever been to! Dr. Mitchell was incredible. She was so thorough in her examination and took the time to carefully explain everything she was doing and teaching me about my eyes. I never felt rushed, and I left understanding my vision and eye health so much better than I ever have before. Her attention to detail and her patience really stood out. Jericha, the optician, was just as wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find frames that actually work for my face. She gave thoughtful input without being pushy and made the whole process fun and stress-free. Even though I didn’t interact as much with either April (the manager) or Lex (the tech), they were both very friendly in the moments we did speak. And I especially appreciated Lex taking the extra step to ask around when she wasn’t 100% sure about one of my questions. Instead of guessing or assuming, she made sure I got accurate information.
