Wonderful caring staff. They got me in early before my actual appt day. The front desk was meh, but everyone else was great. Doctor Becraft was very caring and thorough and explained in great detail. The lady that did my pre testing was polite. I have cataracts in both eyes from diabetes. No wonder I can't see 🤷. Surgery will fix it. Recommend this place.
I had an outstanding experience at the vision clinic this morning. I went with my 5-month-old baby, and I wasn’t sure how long the appointment would be. I was a bit worried my baby might get stressed, but every single staff member at the clinic did their absolute best to help me. The receptionists and all the team were kind, sweet, and truly supportive, even holding my baby during the eye exams. The doctor was very attentive, explaining each step clearly. Even though I was a bit stressed, I felt fully supported and respected. I really recommend this clinic 100%.
Always enjoy eye appointment at Niles Vision clinic. The doctor and staff are cordial and happy. The Doctor and Technician Elena always greets me with a very happy and smiley face as well as most of the staff. I think anybody that goes to an eye clinic or doctor wants to fill ant ease and comfortable when they go in. Niles Vision always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for.
I absolutely love Dr Becraft and his staff. They always remember me and my silly self. They are super sweet and endearing.
We had an amazing experience at Niles Vision Clinic. Everyone was so kind and even won over my 2 year old who was not happy about having her first eye exam. 10/10 recommend!
