All the staff are friendly and approachable, and each one takes care of me as a patient. Scheduling an appointment is painless and usually has good availability. Dr. Baumal is my favorite - he truly takes the time to listen and explore and your needs, while being energetic and knowledgeable. We have had great conversations, and every interaction has felt personal. Thanks to everyone at Niro for the consistently great experiences!

Wonderful staff that helped me understand and utilize all aspects of my eye insurance and provided me with a rebate that helped me save on my contact lens purchase. Dr. Baumal is friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions thoughtfully and made proper adjustments to my glasses and contact lens prescriptions. The office is clean and the location was easy to get to.

I am obsessed with everyone at this office. I’m far from the golden retriever type, yet smiled alone in my car on the way home from this appointment. Genuinely enjoyed my visit. 10/10

Dr. Niro has been my optometrist for 30+ years. I continue to go to him for my eye exams though I moved away from the Concord/Acton area. I trust him to take great care of my eyes!
