So grateful to have found this practice! They gave me an appointment the day I called. The doctor and staff were professional and friendly. Dr Ho explained everything about my condition in great detail which put me at ease. I highly recommend this practice

Everyone at NJ retina Morristown was very nice. It was the first time seeing Dr. Ho and I liked him very much. I have one bit of advice that the practice which deals with people with vision impairment, Educate their staff on the proper way to deal with someone who comes in the office with a guide dog. I encountered one of the staff people who was very excited to see the dog talk to him and was petting My dog. I politely told them that the dog was working and they had to stop petting him. But they continue to talk to him, and the distraction resulted in my running into the door Frame..Thank you. For understanding
This is like going to a deli counter; you never know who is going to serve you, and each server has a different approach and personality. I found this cattle-call approach unpleasant, confusing, and somewhat dehumanizing. I understand medicine as a business and the size and scale of this practice (and others like it) are like restaurants trying to turn over tables in a fixed amount of time, but I far prefer a practice where I can establish a rapport with a single physician, or at least have consistency in opinion. Your mileage may vary here. During multiple visits here, I was seen by 3 different doctors. Although there was some uniformity in their approach, there were also key differences in their analysis that left me confused. With one doctor, in particular, I had a uniquely terrible, off-putting, and unpleasant experience. Sorry I had to waste your time, Dr. "I'll wear my trainers to work and make unfounded, stupid, and thoughtless comments about my health." Anyway, I was so put off by the experiences here that I took my business elsewhere and received much more thoughtful consideration, and the surgical treatment I desperately needed. I really have nothing good to say about my experiences here, but perhaps I would have come away with a different feeling had I been assigned to different physicians. Better luck to others who may find themselves here.
Absolutely stellar care, great staff, Dr. Voleti is brilliant with a wonderful disposition. Great result. Caring, calm, absolutely best experience. Could not ask for anything more.
