The receptionist very kind and efficient. The assistant who did my initial screening was very nice and did a great job. Dr Wadsworth was very professional and so personable. I was very impressed with the entire office and have already recommended them to my daughter and her family. Thank you all so much!

I have gone to Dr. Norman since I was a little girl and have been with them since. Found out my son needs glasses and they were very helpful with him, let him take his time and ask questions and he is very excited and can't wait to get his glasses in a few weeks! Highly recommend them! 😊
Dr. Demerly is great, very personable and kind. She listens and works with you to understand any issues you may be having. The office staff on the other hand is a different story. In both the Delphi and Lafayette locations I was made to feel like the issue wasn't with my glasses, but with me. When I picked up my glasses I told them I couldn't see through them, that they were very blurry. I was told I just needed time to get used to them. After wearing them I reported that I was nauseous at the end of the day because they were so blurry, and was still told that it was something I might have to get used to. Another appoimtment was made to recheck my eyes with Dr. Demerly, she listened and rechecked my eyes with and without the glasses. She determined the prescription needed to be tweaked a little.
Had a wonderful time. Only thing was I have a small face and the best glasses for me are the 1/2 frame. Because I have trifocals I could not get them as they were plastic and they didn't work. Everyone was so friendly.
It is always a pleasure working with the Doctors and staff at Norman and Miller Eyecare in Lafayette. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Jodi Wadsworth has a great ability to make patients feel at ease and is exceptional in her care of our needs.
