The exam and the Dr was exceptional. I will give her a (10*) for her professional expertise and especially for answering my questions without putting an answer off into another area. The frames should be updated. They're mostly plastic. Today, people are looking for a more metal/wired frame without all of the name brands that cost so much extra. Frames that are more affordable. The staff helped me find a frame which was more fitting on a clearance they had in stock without all of they unnecessary expense. Altogether, it was a good experience. Thank You.

Just had my first appointment with Normandy Optical and they were amazing! From the front desk staff to the technicians and sales staff everyone was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The office is a very bright, clean and welcoming environment. Would recommend 100%! Thank you, Dr. Long, Cody and the rest of the team!

I have never enjoyed going to any appointment involving my eyes until now. Every single staff member working in this building is a delight to talk to. They make you feel so welcome and invited I almost forgot why I was even there. Knowledgeable, friendly and, most of all, they actually listen and care. They also have a surprisingly decent selection of frames to choose from. Will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Normandy from now on.
