I had a great experience. The person who came in the room, Sarah, the assistant, made me very comfortable, reassuring and validating as she took all the information and checked and dilated my eyes. She was wonderful 10 stars on her. Dr. JAZ was also wonderful too. Another ten stars. He knew what he was doing and was down to business. Very friendly. It was done in a flash with a lot more validation for me as I go forward. I got to feel relaxed and was comforted by this appointment. They transformed my experience at this clinic. I would like to have them every time. 💙

had an eye exam with Dr. Bartlett today and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the appointment was efficient and well organized. Dr. Bartlett was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I appreciated the care and attention I received, and I left feeling confident about my eye health. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Very impressed with Dr. Bartlett at North Bay Eye Associates in the Sonoma office. And his staff was great, too. This is my first time seeing Dr. Bartlett. I came in concerned about a sudden change in one of my tear ducts. His exam and consultation was both comprehensive and personable. (Free dedicated parking behind the office is marvelous.)

Dr. Saidel in their Sonoma office was a pleasure to meet. On time, friendly staff and very proficient. Cost was absolutely reasonable. Dr. was attentive to my needs and his recommendations on his treatment plan will be followed. I recommend this facility to family, friends and the public.
