I recently visited Dr. Saidel at North Bay Eye Associates for a consultation regarding Cataract surgery and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm, courteous, and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Dr. Saidel was knowledgeable, patient and exceptionally thorough. He took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a clear and easy to understand way.. He answered my questions and gave me a much better perspective . I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured and confident that I received excellent care. Although I am still gathering information before making my final decision , I sincerely appreciate the kindness, professionalism and respect shown by Dr. Saidel and his team.
