I was worried things would be different at Lakeville Eye Care since Dr Pittler left. I was so pleased that the office and Dr Lu were wonderful. The same care and professionalism that I had always loved. I loved some of the new high tech equipment and Dr Lu was great at explaining what she was doing and answered all my questions.
I loved this place when dr Pittler was there. Since then, he retired. The new doc Lu is such a great addition, smart and attentive. She actually got me fit with contact lenses on the first attempt which was a miracle. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love all of them. Very nice place to get your eyes checked and get new glasses. Gladly reccomend this place.
I had my first visit with them yesterday, and I was honestly blown away. The entire team was so warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The exam was thorough, and all my questions were answered with such care. I left feeling confident and really taken care of. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Lakeville Eye Care and highly recommend them to others. The doctor was very nice and went over everything in detail. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the tests and procedures before actually performing them, especially if it involved putting drops in. I had a bad experience at a different eye doctor where they would put drops in and wouldn't tell me what was going to happen or what to expect. I'm so glad I found Lakeville Eye Care!
I had a great eye exam with the new doctor at Lakeville eyecare. Dr. Lu was thorough, addressed my concerns with kindness and professionalism, and offered some solutions that I had not considered. Overall great experience.
