I've been going here for a few years now and all of my experiences have been positive. The staff and optometrists are friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean, and I never have to wait once I arrive for my appointment. I'm glad I found this place!

I’m am so happy because I can now read with my glasses: I have mentioned that I had a problem reading with my glasses before and no one thought to check it out. Jamie said that it just was not acceptable that I couldn’t read with them. She had me look through them and discovered that the reading part was not high enough for me so that’s why it never focused correctly. All these years I’ve had to take off my glasses every time I read a book or I looked at my music. (and I sing a lot) Jamie is also very friendly and courteous. I’m so glad she works at this office.. Thank you.

I love this place. Tiana at the front desk is so personable and professional. You are greeted with her warm smile and enthusiastic can do attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The optometrist is very kind and funny during your exams. He takes his time to make sure everything is accurate and he is also very personable and professional. I will always use this place while in the area! Thank you for your excellent service!

I have been going here for over 20 years. Doctor is great. I just tried to make an appointment and the receptionist over the phone asked about my insurance, which I provided. After several minutes they could not find my insurance and literally said to me, "You are free to go to another eye doctor who might take your insurance." I was shocked. I have been going here for over 20 years. No consideration given to the fact that I have always taken care of any issues as soon as I could and have never had a bad experience. Yet, the staff seemed to not care. I went so far as to ask them, "Do you even want me as a patient? Because the way you are telling me to find another provider makes me feel like you do not care if I continue to be a patient or not." They repeated that I could find someone else. I said "All I want to do is make an appointment for a regular eye exam like I do every year." .... All I got for my efforts was the 'don't let the door hit you on the way out' treatment. Dr. Martin has always been great, but apparently it is time for me to move on and find a new provider.

I’m shocked this optometry office is still in business given their poor customer service and billing issues. In January 2024, I needed contacts before a trip and called three weeks in advance. They told me my prescription had expired but never notified me beforehand. The next available appointment was during my trip, and after being waitlisted, I was offered a same-day slot. I left work early and drove 45 minutes, only for them to cancel 10 minutes before, showing zero empathy for my time or the fact that I wouldn’t have contacts for my trip. After three years as a patient, I decided to leave due to their increasingly apathetic staff. NINE months later, I received notices about a $34 bill from JANUARY 2023, which they admitted was due to being behind on billing for two years. I cannot fathom how this office stayed open that long without billing patients??? The complete lack of professionalism from this office is astounding, and I would never recommend anyone go here!
