When I say….this is one of the best places to go for an eye wear emergency!!!! Ive had issues for a few weeks trying to find a place that would take my daughters eye prescription and this morning she sends me a picture of her glasses that are now completely broken. My co-workers told me to call Walmart. I called and spoke with a Mr. Malik and he broke down to me all the options that I could do to get her glasses asap. Later I took her to Walmart Vision and, in less than 20 minutes we walked out with a new affordable pair of frames and I will be taking her back to get a second pair. The entire staff was very friendly as well as helpful. I definitely recommend them for your vision needs. Five Stars all the way!!!!!

My new glasses lasted for 13 months before the scratch resistant coating started coming off. I only clean them with the wipes that they told me to clean them with. I took them back and they told me that they had only a one-year warranty and they could not help me. I told the guy that I have always got my glasses from Walmart vision center, and I have never had this problem before. He told me that they are making them cheaper so they only last a little over the warranty.

I made an appointment for my father in February. I never heard back from them then fast forward to today I call to see when his appointment would be and the man on the phone was beyond nasty! Then he proceeded to tell me there was no appointment. I made the appointment in person! So I asked who was the man with the hat because I knew it was him! Then he finally said the appointment was cancelled because they don’t have a doctor. When was someone going to tell us? Why be so nasty when I’m trying to ask a question? Professionalism is definitely a thing no matter the circumstances. I didn’t call being nasty so I don’t expect to be spoken to that way. I can’t be the only one he’s spoken to that way and I’m sure I won’t be the last. Something needs to be done.

I bought my glasses at Walmart one or 2 years ago . My frames were starting to fall apart but t couldn't afford a new pair. I went to the vision center on Myrtle School road Walmart. I found my exact frames for 9 dollars. The employee put my lenses in the new frames and made me feel like I had new glasses in less than 5 minutes. Thank you So much for the help and service you gave me. Thank you so much such great customer service .

Got new glasses here about two weeks ago and I have wore glasses all my life but this has to be my favorite pair as of yet. Haitham Mahmmud and Malik Abdullah helped me pick out the pair that is just right for me. I had always been nervous about getting transition lenses but they talked me into it. I originally went in for a pair of broken glasses and they didn't have that frame at this store so the optician called around and they had the frames I needed at the one in Charlotte. He said he would get them for me since he lived up that way and bring them to work on his next day he worked. And sure enough that's what he did. I never asked him to he offered and if that ain't top notch service then I don't know what is. Kudos to these two fellas. Need more people like them in the world!
