Kintegra Family Medicine At 3rd Ave

I’ve waited an hour for two days in a row just to drop off a urine sample. The waiting room is empty, still waiting currently. Last time I was seen I stopped the doctor 3 times from walking out of the room because I wasn’t finished rushing through bringing up concerns as a first time patient with her. I don’t feel like my health matters to these people at all. Or my time.

Be aware the application with the pay stubs and the little card they give you with your co pay amount doesn’t mean your covered. The process is meant to maybe help reduce the amount of your no insurance out of pocket bill depending on your pay. Also you must go through the Kintegra pharmacy only in order to get the discount on prescriptions the card helps with. Dr. Le and staff were all nice and I got quick service.

Girlfriend went to Kentegra on 3rd ave in Gastonia Nc. I told her to go find a real doctor. She can't get anything done they set appointments months out. Meantime the try and shove pills down her throat that doesn't work. They do not have doctors working there. They seem like nothing more than an insurance scam.

Avoid this practice at all cost. Whomever Jennifer G is needs training in communication, professionalism, and ethics. Kenya Thomas incorrectly completed a document that I needed yesterday, and would like for me to wait a significant period of time for her to complete the form. I wish Richard Ankrah would have never left because I’m constantly dealing with rude and condescending behavior. The office manager is absolutely no help either. She doesn’t return calls nor get anything done. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and definitely get a 10/10.

Kintegra 3rd Ave is a great doctor's office. My Doctor (Kenya Thomas) is great. I always feel like she does everything she can to help me. I recently found out that I have thyroid issues and it was really scary at first until I was able to talk to my Doc she made me feel a lot better about it. And the nurses are great too
