I wouldn’t recommend this place. The physicians aren’t who they claim to be. Very shady all the way up to the CEO.. very shady place.. In fact if you have gone here, I recommend everyone pull their medical records to see what the doctors are saying and claiming without your knowledge..

I was completely unimpressed by this health facility. I told the doctor what was wrong with me and he ignored me. I could barely walk and all he was worried about was my cholesterol whether it had HIV or diabetes. And it was a huge coincidence that the day I went there for the first time and filled out an application and gave all my personal information that someone tried to open a Capital One account that knew my name, date of birth address and social security number on the very same day that I was there. And gave them that information. Thank God my credit is locked. Someone has access to their data. They have a data breach. If you ask me I will never go back there

If I can give this please less than one star I would. Let me start by saying if you want to get lead astray and given the runaround and playing that Tom and Jerry type of cat and mouse, this is the perfect place for you. I have been trying to make a dental appointment with Kategra health for over a month now and have been given the runaround since the beginning. The first time I ever called I called at 8:00 a.m. like they said and the 15 spots that I was supposed to be able to get in by calling at 8:00 we're already taken up and had to call the next week. I called the next week and this time started calling at 7:45 a.m. like a complete stalker just to snag a spot, finally got in and everything else went smoothly after that. That was my first ever experience mind you. Now here we are a few years later and the call day went from Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to now Friday 8:00 a.m. different lady still the runaround BS. This time more intense running around because they can't seem to figure out if they want to make appointments for the whole month or tell you that you can't make an appointment two weeks in advance because they don't do it for the whole month. They ask if you have insurance or not, make you tell them what insurance that you have to then deny you entry after telling you that you could pay $75 weeks in advance to get your tooth pulled. Then the lady tells me that now I have to call at 7:00 in the morning because 8:00 is too late when she told me a few weeks ago that 8:00 is when I'm supposed to call and if you try to call before 8:00 their phones are never open for communication and you have to wait until 8:00 a.m.. I don't know what this place is or what they are trying to accomplish but it makes you feel like you're inside of The Twilight Zone mixed with Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. I will not be using this facility and I advise all of you that are interested in this facility to turn and run the other way.

I am 64 and try to take care of myself. I take the meds that I am given and make sure to have refills before I am out. I have been looking for a doctor that went to school to take care of patience and care. In January 2025 I had started new insurance and found a doctor that had good schooling and was of a age that had life experience. Saw her in Jan or Feb 2025 and was recommended to a GYN doc. My yearly physical was coming around in May. Had my appointment on May 5 2025. Before I saw her had my BP, weight checked, and temp. Then on to her, told to take all clothes off except for underwear. Waited on her entry she checked 4 deep breaths on my back, then was told to lay down so a breast exam could be done. Then I had taken out 3 scripts to be refilled and 1 that I needed her to find another to replace because the cost of said med was $300.00 and insurance would not pay. I have been on this med for many years and when checked at docs always say very good. When I check at home also very good. She was not going to be bothered so she said not to take any more. As the week went on I was not feeling well Friday around 10 am I checked my BP and it was 144/107 it is never this high. I decided to take the pill and took a nap. When I woke up 2 1/2 hours later my dizziness and fast breathing had subsided quite a bit. So I just continued to be lazy. Need to back up, on Thursday afternoon around 4pm her assistant called me. She told me my cholesterol was high and I need to get up and walk more and stop eating fast food. First this person has not begun to get to know me, I don't eat fast food, I have nerve issues in my legs and feet and see a Neurologist. She does have info about this she could have read. Told me to start eating more fruits, but she doesn't know I am allergic to most. If I didn't not follow these things she was going to have to put me on cholesterol meds, I was so over this lady I told the girl on the phone I WAS ALREADY ON COLECTROL MEDS. She had just refilled the script. Back in the day a good doc gave you a full physical. Asked questions to see how your mind was, checked reflexes. Did a lot of things. Dr in question Dr Shana James If you are thinking of going to her don't she is a JOKE!!!!!~

My mother in law is a patient here but she is 72 and has had some health problems lately. I called the doctor Three days ago and still haven't received a call back! I think it's time to find a real doctor that cares, because three days at her age can be detrimental! I thought kintegra was supposed to be better than the health department but looks the same to me!
