First of all, the new building is so nice. It feels way more spacious and not like you’re on top of the other customers in the building. We use the vision center as well as the retail side. We’re very happy with the care we receive for our vision and love all of the new technology they use to make the appointments faster and more efficient, yet extremely thorough. I love how the retail side is set up and it’s so much easier to find glasses at this new location. There is a great selection, and the staff in both the vision center and on the retail side are super friendly and helpful.

So, my husband had a bit of a mishap on a Sunday evening - he broke his glasses! But guess what? We were able to pop into the store and get them fixed right away. The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place! I wish I could give them a 10-star rating!

I and my family had the absolute best experience at the LensCrafters on Franklin Blvd. TJ took great care of us and helped us pick the frames. My Sisters eye exam went smoothly and she and I both loved our frames. My brother was fitted too and his frames looked great!!! TJ and the entire staff at LensCrafters were great!👍🏾.
