America’s Best

Keysa has awesome customer skills the only thing I would’ve changed would be to make it to where customers can revive their glasses same day and offer a few more features with glasses like transition lenses and scratche resistance make those all inclusive when customers purchase their eye wear from Americas Best never the less keysa was a pleasure to deal with and stuff I CAN’T WAIT TO GET MY NEW GLASSES THIS COACH FRAMES ARE GOING TO LOOK FABULOUS ON MY FABULOUS EYES HOWEVER I DON’T LIKE HAVING TO WAIT THIS LONG THO

The associate Keyda is what makes the visit to America’s Best the best experience. She is so warm and personable. I was upset that the frames I have been getting for about 8 years had been discontinued. She was able to still get the lenses made for those frames then is can come back and have them put in my current frames I love!!!! I also needed the new prescription for sunglasses. She looked at every scenario for the most cost effective. This is the second time I have worked with Keyda and I hope to have her every time I need new glasses!!

I have always had the best experience at this location. But I moved and decided to go to the Northlake location and right away I could tell the difference. I had just gotten my new glasses. First I couldn’t see out of them. I called basically no one cared enough to care. Then my glasses fell off of my face and broke. I called Northlake. The person who answered the phone was super rude and she acted as if she didn’t have a clue. I went in with my glasses. They quickly told me it was nothing they could do. They didn’t have the tools to fix it. That I didn’t get the insurance And gave me a number to an outside company that was 45 minutes away, I called this location and the person on the phone was respectful. He says let me speak to my manager. Came back to the phone and said Miss. Willis don’t worry anything we see that you’ve been a valued customer for years, we will fix this problem for you. I went in the next day and the manager was amazing. Stress-free. He took care of me. Replaced my glasses. Great customer service. And he went over and beyond in just a few minutes. And the next day I came back with my parents. The manager is amazing! The whole team is. Thanks for caring enough to care ✨

My exam and pre exam were rushed, very rushed actually. The Dr was via TV, and her personality was less than stellar, very abrupt and unfriendly. They actually got my prescription wrong , and a very very erroneous diagnosis of serious eye problems, which caused me to have to spend additional money to go to an eye specialist, ( who confirmed the erroneous diagnosis) I've used America's Best for many years but I won't use them any longer, Don't use this place for exams , they are sub par.

I have been using America’s Best for over 10 years for glasses and just started going there for eye exams in the last 2 years. During my most recent visit, I worked with Liz who was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took her time to make sure I understood what my insurance covered and helped me find the appropriate features for my lenses. It has been a stress free experience each time. I encourage all my family and friends to give them a try!
